Notification of draft Voluntary Planning Agreement for 22 - 28 Gardeners Road, Kingsford.
Randwick City Council is proposing to enter into a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for the development at Nos. 22-28 Gardeners Road, Kingsford, with the Developer of the site, Gardeners at Kingsford Pty Ltd.
Under the draft VPA, the Developer agrees to provide for a Community Infrastructure Contribution amount of $157,296.25 for the purposes of providing local road improvements and upgrades including but not limited to Gardeners Road frontage.
