Randwick City Council is proposing to enter into a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for the development at Nos. 391-397A Anzac Parade and 17 Bunnerong Road, Kingsford, with the Developer of the site, Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited (ABN 99 000 341 533).

Under the draft VPA, the Developer will provide community infrastructure, amenities, and resources to the Kingsford community by facilitating the delivery of development contributions. A monetary contribution for the provision of affordable housing is also included in the draft VPA.
