Youth Plan

Young people aged from 12 to 24 make up just over 17% of our population here in Randwick City. We're working on a draft Youth Plan, which will provide a framework for:

• supporting youth participation in decision-making
  
• enhancing services and opportunities for young people
• addressing key youth issues such as employment, mental health, and social inclusion

We want to hear directly from people who are 12-24 years old, to help make our Youth Plan as meaningful and relevant as possible.

We have a few ways for you to provide feedback to us:

1. Take our survey

• Our 10-minute survey asks about any challenges you face, improvements you'd like to see in the community, and your opinions on youth programs.
• When you complete our survey you can choose to provide your details and go into the draw to win one of 3 x $100 Westfield vouchers! (terms and conditions apply)

2. Register your interest for attending our Randwick Forum: Youth Ideas in Action 2025

• We're holding a youth forum on Tuesday 13 May 2025, 9am to 1pm, at Matraville Youth and Cultural Hall. This is a chance to share your thoughts with us in person, and discuss topics such as cost-of-living stresses and mental health.
• Register your interest in attending our forum and let us know what you'd like to experience on this day.
