Consultation has concluded.
The draft Deed of Variation to the Voluntary Planning Agreement for the Newmarket Randwick site was endorsed by Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting, 28 April 2020.
Under the draft variation, it is proposed that the Developer provide an easement for an electrical substation, stormwater easement for drainage and a monetary contribution for maintenance to the Big Stable Building and land and/or upgrade works to Paine Reserve north.
