The Night Time Economy

Randwick City Council has developed a draft Night Time Economy Study which aims to enhance our City’s nightlife by diversifying our night time offerings, encouraging live events, activating vacant spaces, creating attractive, safe public domains, and improving transport and access across Randwick City.

The study has been developed following consultation with the local community and businesses, input from industry experts, audits and consideration of best practice approaches for activating and managing a vibrant night life.

The night time economy refers to the mix of cultural, social and business activities and experiences that occur after 6pm.
