Update July 2020: Starting in August 2020, Council will upgrade and refurbish the existing amenities building at Bicentennial Park in Yarra Bay. The upgraded building is due to be complete by November 2020. Throughout construction, portable toilets will be located nearby. More information on the project can be found on Council's website.

How did we consult?
Randwick City Council is planning to refurbish the existing amenities building at Bicentennial Park, Yarra Bay and we would like to hear your thoughts on the proposed upgrade.

The proposed designs will create a brighter, more attractive and generous space, which includes new female, male, ambulant and accessible toilets, showers, change areas, baby change facilities, with improved ventilation and natural light.

The existing facade of the building will remain similar but with a new roof providing additional natural light and ventilation.

The amenities building is reaching the end of its usable life and also needs to be upgraded to meet current Australian standards.
