    Randwick City Council is proposing to enter into a Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement with the Developer of the planned Newmarket Randwick development. Under the agreement, the developer will provide a range of public amenities, affordable housing and transport and other infrastructure. View the proposal and make a submission.
