Consultation has concluded.

Project update: It has been decided to undertake additional analysis of flood mitigation options together with an external peer review of the Flood Study prior to a further report to Council. This body of work is expected to take up to 6 months to complete. Council will provide further updates on this web page once confirmation of timelines have been finalised.

Following consultation in March this year, the draft flood study has been revised to include more detailed information relating to the Clovelly Catchment.

Randwick City Council and Waverley Council consulted with property owners and residents in Clovelly and Waverley in February 2018, to understand the extent of flooding in the catchment and to assist in the preparation of a flood study.

We are asking for feedback on the draft study from all property owners living in the catchment. View the catchment area map here.

Due to the size of the document, Volume 2 of the study has been saved in nine sections. Please see the table of contents to guide you through the sections.

Read the Flood Study:

The Flood study will provide Council with information to better understand, plan and manage the risk of flooding. Once the study has been finalised, Council will proceed with the next step which assesses potential measures to manage the risks associated with flooding.
