Randwick City Council has developed a Draft Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) for 2026-2030 and is inviting feedback from the community on the Plan.
This is a four-year plan that sets out real, practical steps to make our community more accessible and inclusive.

Through this plan, Randwick City Council commits to creating a community where people of all abilities can live, work, learn and participate fully.

What does the draft Plan focus on?

Building on the achievements of the 2022-2026 DIAP, the new plan continues the ongoing efforts and introduces new areas of work responding to emerging community needs.

Why has Council developed the DIAP?

Randwick City Council is strongly committed to ensuring everyone in our community has the same right and ability to take part in local events, services and public facilities. All councils are required under the NSW Disability Inclusion Act 2014 to have a plan.
