The Library Satisfaction Survey is part of a national benchmarking program run through the Public Libraries Evaluation Network (PLEN). This means your responses help us compare our performance with public libraries across Australia and guide future planning and service delivery.
We invite all library users and non-users to participate.The survey takes approximately 3 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and will help shape future library services. The survey data is de-identified and anonymised at the point of collection.
