Randwick City Library is committed to delivering high-quality, accessible services that meet the evolving needs of our community. We are seeking your feedback to better understand your library experience and how we can continue to improve.
The Randwick City Library Satisfaction Survey is part of a national benchmarking study conducted through the Public Libraries Evaluation Network (PLEN). By participating, you will be helping us compare our performance with other public libraries across Australia and inform future planning and service delivery.
Your feedback will help us:
Understand how the community engages with library services
Evaluate the impact of our programs and resources
Identify opportunities for service improvement
Ensure library services remain relevant and responsive
The survey contains 25 short questions and takes approximately 3 minutes to complete. It is hosted on the Culture Counts platform, which we use to collect community feedback across our Library programs and services. and services. All responses are confidential and will help shape future library services. The survey data is de-identified and anonymised at the point of collection.
