Notification of Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement
Randwick City Council is proposing to enter into a Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement with the Developer of the planned Newmarket Randwick development: Cbus Property Sydney Residential Pty Ltd.
Under a Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA), a developer agrees to provide or fund:
- public amenities and public services
- affordable housing
- transport or other infrastructure.
Contributions can be made through:
- dedication of land
- monetary contributions
- construction of infrastructure
- provision of materials for public benefit and/or use.
The Draft VPA will apply to the following sites:
