Tell us what you think about Council’s revised Pesticide Use Notification Plan. The plan outlines Council’s notification process for pesticide use in public outdoor spaces owned or controlled by Council. It has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Pesticides Regulation 1995 and will update and supersede the existing 2006 Pesticides Use Notification Plan.

Council ensures that pesticides are applied to public places in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the Pesticide Act 1999 & Pesticides Regulation 2009.
