Randwick City is a diverse and multicultural community, with nearly 40% of residents born overseas. Council is developing a Social Cohesion Plan to strengthen inclusion, belonging, and multiculturalism in our City.
The Social Cohesion Plan will:
Provide strategic direction for Council’s resources, partnerships, and community engagement to promote inclusion and belonging.
Strengthen Council’s commitment to multiculturalism and social cohesion.
Ensure that diverse communities are actively engaged, and that Council is responsive to their needs.
Share your experiences in our Social Cohesion Survey and help shape a more inclusive community.
Your feedback will help us:
Identify barriers to inclusion and belonging.
Strengthen community connections.
Ensure Council services meet the needs of our diverse population.
