Notification of draft Voluntary Planning Agreement for 77-103 Anzac Parade & 59-71 Boronia Street, Kensington
Randwick City Council is proposing to enter into a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) with Anson City Developments 1 (Australia) Pty Ltd (Developer) in relation to the development at 77–103 Anzac Parade and 59A–71 Boronia Street, Kensington.
Under the draft VPA, the Developer has agreed to provide the following public benefits:
- A community infrastructure contribution with a total value of $2,065,594.50, comprising:
- works-in-kind, including landscape upgrades and water sensitive urban design works along the Anzac Parade frontage; and
- a monetary contribution.
- The dedication of six (6) affordable housing dwellings (i.e. Units A.101, A.102, A.103, A.105, A.106 and B.103) together with five (5) dedicated car parking spaces.

Council is proposing to enter into a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for the development at 16-18 Rainbow Street, Kingsford, with the Developer of the site, Reno Holding Pty Ltd.
Under the draft VPA, the Developer agrees to provide the following:
- Community Infrastructure Contribution to the value of $1,098,200 to be delivered as either works-in-kind, a monetary contribution, or a combination of both
- Affordable Housing Monetary Contribution to the value of $1,607,613.75
