Voluntary Planning Agreements on exhibition
A Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) is a legal agreement entered into by a planning authority, such as Randwick Council, and a developer. Under the VPA, a developer agrees to provide or fund community benefits such as public amenities, public services, affordable housing, transport, or other infrastructure.

Updates to Voluntary Planning Agreements
At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 9 December 2025, Council agreed to enter into Voluntary Planning Agreements for the following sites:
- 390-396 Anzac Parade, Kingsford
- 407-411 Anzac Parade and 6 Sturt St, Kingsford
- 229 Anzac Parade, Kensington
